What is your daily commute like?  What is the weirdest thing you've seen on that commute?

Pretty leisurely. Not necessarily weird, but I was almost hit twice this year -- in two separate times -- while in a signaled crosswalk by a grandma and by an ambulance. I dodged both using my Spidey-sense. The grandma didn't notice me until after she had past me with her granddaughter in the passenger seat letting her know that she almost hit someone. Ditto for the ambulance but the driver was nice enough to say "sorry, brah" for almost hitting me. At least I would've been taken care of immediately. :P

Did you shop for great deals on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?  Or did you observe Buy Nothing Day?

I observed Buy Nothing Day since I had to work on Black Friday. Apple's sale was tempting though. ;)

Breathing Under Water

Radiohead release their seventh studio album today and it's only available online and you set your own price.  Will you buy the album?  Do you buy the idea?

Yup, I've had it in the shopping cart for a while and I'll be picking it up soon. I think it's a great idea for musicians to release their own music.

What are your Major League Baseball playoff predictions?

Well, since the M's are out, I'm rooting for the Cubbies (NL) and the Yanks (AL).

What fictional creature do you wish were real?

Moogles.

What was the best football highlight of the past week?

UH's QB Colt Brennan's peformance vs. UNLV.
